大門酒造株式会社 Daimon Brewery

大阪府 交野市にある大門酒蔵です。1826年創業に創業し、代々発展させてきた酒造りの優れた技法、近郷の良質米、生駒の山系からもたらされる清澄な水をもとに、丁寧に心を込め、高品質な酒造りをおこなっています。Daimon Brewery was established in 1826 in the ancestral hunting grounds of the Japanese Imperial Family - the Ikoma mountain range. For 200 years we have been continually brewing this special Sake of the Kansai region. Being nestled between Kyoto, Osaka and Nara has always been our secret - It has provided us with some of the best water in Japan.
