With a mission to raise awareness on Genuine Japanese Wagyu beef across international borders, the group carries an in-depth understanding of Wagyu history and culture that surpasses none other. Striving to cultivate a global movement that embraces high-quality Japanese ingredient, the group has embarked on a 50-city world tour immersing Wagyu to a cross-cultural culinary context. The collaborative spirit of WAGYUMAFIA engages the passions of gourmands and chefs around the world creating the brand’s core foundation. WAGYUMAFIA restaurants are run on a membership basis. The Butcher's Kitchen presents an intimate dining experience around Wagyu and Kobe beef, where diners will be immersed in the kitchen action. Small plates showcasing versatile Wagyu cooking methods are enjoyed in a convivial setting, paired with a specially curated wine and spirits selection.
